Summary:

The Earth is Broken: This poem describes the end of the world. It talks about how the environment will stop functioning, and all great cities will collapse. The poem compares the end of the world to a harvest, meaning that the earth was rich and fruitful, and after it has reached it's peak, the earth will be nothing again. The poem also warns that people who try to escape there own doing will be punished by God for not experiencing their mistakes.

Marvelous Visions: Marvelous Visions describes Daniel's dreams of the end of days and what he thinks will happen. In the first vision, Daniel sees a throne in heaven with thunder and lightning bolts coming out of it, 24 thrones around it, and 24 elders sitting in those thrones. There are also an ox, eagle, lion and human-like creature in the room. In his second vision, Daniel sees different beasts who are getting tortured. He then sees an elder take the main throne in the throne rom and fire coming out of the throne. This reading seemed to be about Judgement Day and that God alone did not make the single judgement.

Scenes from the Final Judgement: This is another vision of what might happen at the end of the world. The narrator states that seven angels were commanded to pour the contents of bowls onto different aspects of the earth which help humans to survive. The first angel pours his bowl on the entire earth, which caused sores to bve placed onto the body of everybody. The second angel pours his bowl into the sesa, and caused the water to turn into blood. The third angel poured his bowl into rivers and made those too turn into blood. The fourth angel pours his bowl onto the sun, which causes the sun to become very hot and harsh. A fifth angel pours his bowl onto the throne of a "beast", and a sixth caused the Euphrates River to dry up with his bowl. The last angel poured his bowl into the air, which caused an earthquake which split the city into three parts and destroyed them.

A New Heaven, a New Earth: In this section it talks about the difference between Heaven and hell. How in Heave there won't be any pain and you will be in God's hands. He is helping the world by guiding then from Heaven and giving them assistance. Heaven is a place of white ad crystal and hell you will burn for all eternity, where the seven angels brought the wife of Jesus where in Heaven the would reign and how in the safe area of Heaven guide and God will help Jesus and his wife through their new forth coming.

Epistle to Be Left in the Earth: This poem describes that there is a better place than on earth and all that happens in it. When they are gazing in the sky they see something beautiful and it shows them there is something beyond where you are now; a sanctuary. Though you can't get to it unless you die and its frustrating.

The Masque of the Red Death:
I believe this story is talking about the sickness of war and how sinful it is. Prince Prospero had a celebration for them killing these people in warfare during this time and it shows him to be very egotistical and not care about the bloodshed. He had seven apartments of different colors with different objects created beautiful illusions in each room. There was a clock that chimed and stopped that party with that. The Prince was very proud of his apartments and the way they looked. During the story a tall figure, ends up killing him even though Prospero challenges him with his up front attitude but became cowardly and ran away from the figure. With this the clock stops chiming and the party stops.

;
Rise and Shine: This poem talks about growing old and the process of dying slowly in old age. About decaying into the earth after you have had a full life. With the happiness that comes along with the fact that you are "done" and can move on to Heaven.
